Orders ship from Gothenburg, Sweden. If items in your order are out of stock we´ll notify you by e-mail. Our rates are:

Up to 2 kg - SEK 100

PAP Accessories guarantees all products we manufacture and sell to be free from defects of workmanship and not natural scratches. We will gladly replace you for any defective items you wish to return. We will cover the shipping cost of your return as well as the shipping out of a replacement. All returns must be returned whithin 30 days and returned in original packaging. All returns be credited to the original credit card used. All returns must be pre-approved and issued a Return Authorization CRA - number. To receive your RA number, please contact Costumer Service. All returns must be prepaid. Please do not mail any packages C.D.D., as they will not be accepted. No refunds are available for saleitems - only exchanges.
